Voyalist is the app name for the service operated by Voyalist, LLC.

How to Delete Your Account

In-app

Open Voyalist and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Off-app

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to privacy@voyalist.io.

Grace Period

You can recover your account for 14 days after requesting deletion. After the recovery window closes, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted, typically within 21 days of your request.

What Is Deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, we remove:

• Profile information
• Photos
• Personal lists
• Timeline data
• Imports
• Labels

What Is Anonymized

Shared trips, events, and chats may be preserved with your identity replaced by "Deleted User" so that other participants' data remains meaningful.

What Is Retained

We retain legal acceptance records (e.g., terms and privacy acceptance timestamps) for compliance purposes.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Voyalist account does NOT cancel any active App Store or Google Play Store subscriptions. Please cancel subscriptions separately through your device's subscription management.
