These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Voyalist (“Voyalist”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You accept these Terms by:
- By continuing account creation, users agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy presented in the signup flow.
- Users can review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from the website and in-app settings.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features of our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Voyalist reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any of the following purposes:
- Using the service unlawfully or in violation of another person’s rights.
- Uploading harmful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or abuse the platform.
- Misusing travel, event, social, or messaging features to spam, harass, or impersonate others.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Voyalist a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
Voyalist reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
The services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Voyalist, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
Payments and Billing
Some features of our services require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Refunds: Paid features, subscriptions, or ticketing-related charges are governed by the terms presented at purchase and any non-waivable consumer rights.
Price Changes: We may update pricing with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. Our services may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors.
Maintenance: The service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or third-party outages.
Termination
Voyalist may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of our services or by contacting us to close your account.
Effect of Termination: Termination may result in suspension or deletion of account access and hosted content, subject to legal retention obligations.
Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Voyalist, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOYALIST, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount the user paid to Voyalist, LLC in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyalist, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.
Scope: Users agree to indemnify Voyalist, LLC for claims arising from their content, misuse of the service, or violation of applicable law or these terms.
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
- Google Maps / Places — Maps, geocoding, place details, and related location services.
- Mapbox — Maps, directions, and related geospatial experiences.
- Firebase — Authentication, data storage, file storage, messaging, and analytics.
- Google Gemini / Vertex AI — AI-powered summaries, extraction, and generated content.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via posting updated terms on the website and, for material changes, providing in-app notice or email at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
